A listed Victorian property in Altrincham town centre that dates back to 1870 has been sold for £1.37m.

The 95% vacant freehold property at 2-10 Kingsway comprises 18,188 sq ft on basement, ground and three upper floors and is currently designated for office and retail use.

It was sold on behalf of a private client by Regional Property Solutions to MCR Property.
