Sisters move Algarve villa rental company to new Hale base

By David Prior at

A luxury villa rental company run by two sisters has moved to new offices in Hale.

The Real Algarve was originally started in Nottingham by Simon and Lynne Bunting and last year, after turning 21, was taken over by Simon’s daughters, Vicky Reeves and Katie Hale.

Since then, the sisters have rebranded, launched a new website, created a series of marketing partnerships on The Algarve, added new exclusive properties and tripled their bookings.

Last week they opened the doors to their new offices on Ashley Road in Hale and announced that Bo Hutchinson has joined the company as office manager, with Lucie Platt being recruited as office administrator.

Director Vicky said: “The Real Algarve has a fantastic heritage, with an incredibly strong portfolio of properties that have been built up and nurtured for over two decades. We’re delighted to be taking our family business into its new era, tapping into the consumer demand for bespoke, high quality holidays.”

Katie added: “We plan to hire more staff. We offer such a wonderful mix of villas for family, group and golfing holidays and due to our recent growth and plans for the future, we will need to hire more employees in the next few months.”

The company, which has a portfolio of over 2,000 properties, has people on the ground in The Algarve as well as the UK team.
