Are you a local entrepreneur looking for a premises? The Old Post Rooms is looking for new businesses

By David Prior at

Are you a fledgling business looking to make the leap into your first premises?

The Old Post Rooms, on Stamford New Road, has proved a fantastic starting ground for a number of independent Altrincham businesses, including Madam Butterfly, The Pudding Club and Little House Interiors.

And thanks to some businesses outgrowing the space, it has now not one but THREE vacant units available for new businesses ready to take the next step.

All the spaces are being let on a non-contract basis – and payment is on a simple one-month-in-advance basis, with no additional fees.

The Old Post Rooms opened two years ago

The Old Post Rooms owner Cath Matthews opened the 4,700 sq ft site – the former home of Altrincham’s historic Post Office building – two years ago.

She said: “This is a wonderful opportunity for small businesses and entrepreneurs who may be looking for a more permanent home to move their business on to the next level.

“With the Christmas period just around the corner, it’s also a great time to move in and we could have you set up within days.”

She added: “Stamford New Road has definitely become busier since the road improvements were finished and a number of other businesses opened – it’s a part of town that’s really on the up and this is a great chance to get involved.”
