The developer behind two new luxury developments in Altrincham and Bowdon is giving people the chance to immerse themselves in one of the properties at a special event to be held next week.

Real Estate Investment Partnerships Ltd is bringing 50 high-end homes to the market at Alderbank on Ashley Road and Highbank on Green Walk.

And it will be using the latest virtual reality technology to bring the £18million Alderbank scheme – once the site of former YWCA base Alexandra House – to life at an event at The Con Club on Greenwood Street on Wednesday November 8th.

The striking scheme is a mixture of single-level, duplex and triplex apartments, as well as six one-bedroom mews houses. Each property mixes high-end contemporary style with comfort and each benefits from its own private outdoor space, ranging from balconies to courtyards.

The VR technology will be available for individuals to experience in the developer’s sales suite on site from January. To register your interest, contact realestate@peppermintsoda.co.uk.

Both Alderbank and Highbank have been designed with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Originally built in 1861, Highbank is a £9m project comprising 11 new homes – six apartments, including a spectacular penthouse, two adjacent three-storey townhouses, two cottages and a detached three-storey coachhouse.

Due for completion in early 2018, the Victorian property boasts many of the original period features which were retained to complement opulent contemporary additions and finishes to the building.
