Laura Hutchinson, partner, Forbes Dawson, said: “We are very pleased to move into a space that will allow us to better serve our clients and provide the foundations for further growth.

“The business has grown significantly over the last six years, including the recent appointment of Tim Shaw (previously a director at Deloitte) as partner. Fairbank House matches our firm’s ambitions to attract excellent tax advisers to join the team and enables us to make the space our own.”

Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the landlord Hyrst Garth Estate Limited, said: “Forbes Dawson secured this vacant floor in the building prior to refurbishment which it will fit out and brand to their own requirements.”
