An internationally acclaimed play by Arthur Miller is running at the Altrincham Garrick next week

Considered by many to be one of the greatest plays of the 20th century, Arthur Miller’s ‘A View from the Bridge’, will be on show at the Garrick next week.

Considered by many to be one of the greatest plays of the 20th century, Arthur Miller’s A View from the Bridge opens at the Garrick next week.

The renowned American playwright’s show will open on Monday October 15th and runs until Saturday October 20th.

This multi-award winning masterpiece explores one man’s obsessive feelings for his niece and the unstoppable trajectory of fate.

Set in a close-knit Italian-American community in 1950s New York, Miller confronts the American dream in this dark and passionate tale.

In Brooklyn, longshoreman Eddie Carbone welcomes his Sicilian cousins to the land of freedom but when one of them falls for his beautiful niece, they discover that freedom comes at a price.
