“We’re hoping that the Altrincham Angel is something which people will love to hang on their Christmas trees and that we might build on this each year, creating a unique and new Christmas tradition for the town.”

Rachel Warburton, owner of Violet Loves Vintage, added: “There are some fabulous independent shops on Moss Lane, and we have a real sense of community amongst ourselves and our customers. Coming together like this to support those less fortunate than we are has really sparked the imagination of the good folk of Altrincham. Please just call into any of the shops on Moss Lane to find out more and together we can spread some Christmas cheer.”

‘Love Moss Lane’ has been supported by Altrincham’s Business Improvement District (Altrincham BID).
