We are looking for an additional IFA Administrator to join our small team to support our Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in our office in Altrincham.
The successful candidate must have provided similar support within a Financial Planning company.
This is a full time role within a friendly environment. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and understand the importance of attention to detail.
Duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Checking/ Submitting/Processing and monitoring new business applications for Investments, Pensions, Mortgages
- Preparation of client valuations
- Checking Suitability Reports
- Issuing Letters of Authority
- Preparing and Maintaining Client Files both using our back office system and paper based files
Experience of using Intelliflo’s Intelligent Office would be an advantage.
Salary will be commensurate upon relevant experience and qualifications.
