Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team at Lucas Johnson. The candidate must be self-motivated, flexible and professional and be willing to juggle a multitude of admin tasks required to ensure the smooth running of a very busy office. The successful candidate will add value to the office environment, by assisting with all general duties throughout the workplace.

Job description

Assisting with a variety of administrative duties which will include:

  • Meeting & greeting all visitors into the office
  • Dealing with telephone and post enquiries
  • General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, mailing, emailing and other administration tasks for the wider team as required
  • Producing spreadsheets, inputting data
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Record keeping
  • Running errands within and outside the office
  • Maintaining established paper and computer based filing systems
  • Assisting Managers and Directors on administration duties as and when required

  • Have a professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly and confident personality, self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Have a keen eye for detail and an exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data
  • Have a high level of organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work; have the ability to juggle constantly with changing priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be hard working, enthusiastic and reliable
  • Have common sense and be able to use own initiative
  • Computer literate; must be able to use MS Office Programmes in particular, Outlook, Excel and Word and have the ability to learn how to use other software applications quickly
  • Have the ability to understand and adhere to the compliance regulations we must abide by.
