Two police vehicles were rammed by offenders in a stolen car during a dramatic incident in Timperley yesterday.

Police have released an image showing a Hyundai police car with severe damage to its front driver side.

It’s understood that the other police vehicle, an unmarked car, also suffered significant damage.

Although some injuries were suffered by officers attending the incident, none were considered serious enough to require hospital treatment.
